Finding a job that suits your individual requirements can be a difficult task. Finding out how and where to start can often be the first obstacle.

MatchWorks provide a range of services for all people who are looking for work, including people with a disability through the Disability Employment Services. We will work with you to help you find a job that meets your individual needs.

The Disability Employment Services is a specialist program designed for helping people with a disability to find and maintain suitable work.

With an individual approach to your needs, MatchWorks may offer:

  • Assistance in becoming work ready, including training.
  • Experienced staff to assist you with your job search including advice on resumes writing, interview skills and assistance in finding suitable jobs.
  • Support when you first begin your job, including any on the job training
  • Ongoing support once you are in your job if required
  • Vocational training
  • Access to employer incentives such as workplace modifications.

MatchWorks have links with over 4000 employers and dedicated, experienced staff who are on hand to assist and support you while you find a job that suits you.
