MatchWorks gets star for performance

11 November 2010

MatchWorks has received very pleasing early results at the completion of the first year of its new Job Services Australia (JSA) contract.

The first round of JSA Star Ratings were released by the Federal Government in August.

The Star Rating system measures all JSA providers across Australia in terms of abilities to help unemployed people get back into work.

“Importantly, all existing sites received solid ratings, with many achieving ratings well above average.

Airport West received the highest rating possible – five stars,” MatchWorks General

Manager Michael Wasley said.

New sites also did well with Bendigo, Preston, Warrnambool and Epping all producing good ratings as first time sites within the national measurement

system.

“The next twelve months in particular are important at MatchWorks, so sites will be

working very hard to maximise the employment opportunities they can create for their job seekers,” Michael said.
