Life participation the key to policy making

The Australian Federation of Disability Organisations is calling for volunteers with disability expertise to help draft policies.
The AFDO is calling on people with knowledge and expertise in disability issues to help develop policies and submissions.
AFDO represents the interests of all people with disability across Australia, with its mission to champion the rights of people with disability in Australia and help them participate fully in life.
The AFDO is setting up a pool of volunteers who can help to develop drafts for submissions to Government and any contributions by volunteers will be acknowledged.
People who would like to get involved should send their CV to Leah Hobson, National Policy Officer at leah.hobson@afdo.org.au detailing all experience, knowledge and areas of expertise (human rights, access, communication, transport, education)
