Leadership proves the way forward

If you have the desire to be a leader, Leadership Plus could be just what you are looking for.
The organisation runs an intensive course specially designed to suit the broadest cross section of people with disabilities.
Entrance to the program requires applicants to show potential and interest in leadership, civic contribution and social action.
The program aims to provide a learning environment tailored to the needs of people with disabilities and to develop leadership capacities to allow contribution in community, academic, government and commercial spheres.
It also aims to help create career paths for people with disabilities who are in work and volunteering.
The program runs over 12 months, commencing with a three-day retreat followed by eight two-day seminars. It delivers an accredited set of leadership competencies for up to 30 participants.
