As an organisation with over 50 years history in the community service industry, Karingal Training has developed a range of training specific to direct care and community service – both short course and accredited training. All training is delivered by trainers qualified and experienced in the field being delivered.

We deliver accredited courses aimed at both the Community Service and Employment Service fields as well as introductory level training for jobseekers.
Accredited training can be delivered either as a full course, or specific Units of Competency packaged together to meet your needs.
A range of non-accredited training is also available, and can be tailored to meet the needs of your workplace.
