We are seeking a highly motivated person to build relationships with community organisations in order to obtain and develop work experience placement opportunities for job seekers. The successful applicant will also be required to monitor placements and ensure that the programme complies with appropriate OHS standards.
Key Selection Criteria includes:
- Ability to cold-call and seek Work Experience opportunities from local community or not-for-profit organisations
- The ability to assist potential organisations with activity lodgement, risk assessment and developing budgets in accordance with guidelines
- Previous project management experience.
- High level organisation skills including professionalism, compliance and attention to detail
- Previous experience in Employment Services and Labour Market Programs highly regarded
Position is full time and based in Bendigo.
