Casual Receptionist

We are seeking casual receptionists to cover when our receptionists are not available. We require flexible and energetic people to provide an efficient and pleasant first point of contact for our clients, and to assist our employment consultants with job placement.
Key Selection Criteria:
•Must have reception experience
•Ability to answer and respond appropriately to a high volume of incoming phone calls
•Dedication, patience and an ability to remain calm under pressure
•Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
•Competence in the use of Microsoft Word/ Excel, e-mail, Internet
•Efficient and accurate typing
We have several positions based throughout the Nth West, West and Sth West regions of Melbourne and Geelong. This position requires the successful applicants to be available at short notice.
