Rod Payne

Deputy Chair
Rod Payne has been a member of the Karingal Board since November 2000 and has previously served three terms as Chair and three as Deputy Chair. Rod is a Director and board member at Harwood Andrews Lawyers, specialising in business law.

Elaine Carbines

Elaine Carbines is the CEO of G21 Geelong Regional Alliance a position she has held since June 2010.

Cheryl Graham

Cheryl Graham has been serving on the Karingal Board since September 1998. Cheryl has served in a number of roles during her time on the Karingal Board including her recent term as Chair from 2010 to 2013.
