Projects are diverse and not limited to partnerships strictly between business and community. Projects can include building renovations, mentoring, revegetation projects, resource donations etc. encompassing all kinds of in-kind support, sponsorship and/or gifts and cash donations.
The large scope of projects generally available can also cater for different sized organisations and different levels of expertise - the possibilities are endless.

Karingal WhatWeDoDay
Twelve young people aged between 12-17 years participated. The program is aimed
at exposing participants to the broad range of services and programs Karingal
has on offer, as well as illustrating the importance of education, skills
development and training. Participants were involved in various programs alongside Karingal program members and staff.

Summer Workplace Big Day Out
A large turnout of employee volunteers, program members from disability agencies, agency staff and sporting and service club representatives, got together to enjoy a day of physical and social activities at the 2011 Summer Workplace Big Day Out.
Presented by Alcoa of Australia and sponsored by MatchWorks, Telstra Country Wide and Karingal Training, the day kicked off with a wonderful cup of espresso coffee, courtesy of the Mercure Geelong.
After KABLE facilitated an expert challenge to employee volunteers to help them get to know each other and better understand disability, everyone joined up to form teams before taking on a range of activities, including martial arts, bocce, picnic games, volleyball and cricket, as well as a selection of Adventure Park activities.
These were followed by a BBQ lunch prepared by the Rotary Club of Highton. Thanks go to Whyte Just & Moore for sponsoring the meat, bread etc. and Nardi Produce who donated the fruit enjoyed by all at the morning tea.
The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all participants, and employee volunteers found involvement entertaining, rewarding and a great learning experience.
